We are all living through uncertain and demanding times, often surrounded by anxiety, stress, burnout, and overwhelm. This experiential workshop offers a space for creative renewal, both personally and professionally.
Take this time just for YOU—to slow down, turn inward, reflect, and reconnect with your inner wisdom. Through the expressive arts, you may uncover insights, messages, and possibilities waiting just beneath the surface.
Not only will you experience the restorative power of these practices firsthand, but you’ll also gain creative tools you can bring into your work with clients—who are navigating the same collective challenges.
This workshop is rooted in the principles of expressive arts therapies, emphasizing experiential learning and active participation. You’ll integrate multiple modalities—including visual art, music, journaling, and somatic awareness—as a way to support healing, insight, and embodiment.

Learning Objectives:

Participants will:

  1. Learn about mandalas as a Jungian technique to explore symbols, archetypes, and creative processing through right-brain activation.
  2. Learn a method that integrates journaling with visual art and music to support the emergence of unconscious material into conscious awareness.
  3. Explore how expressive arts therapies draw on the body’s wisdom, offering insight, healing, and guidance.
  4. Engage in deep relaxation and creative exploration for personal restoration and professional integration.
