Currently one word is dominating the news and our personal conversations  – unprecedented.  Often accompanying headlines with “unprecedented” are pronouncements that times are unparalleledunimaginable, unnerving, and unheard of. These are all synonyms for encounters with the unknown. It’s true, we are living through uncertain times, but that doesn’t mean that we are completely unprepared.

In this online workshop participants will learn how the tools found in therapeutic improvisation and storytelling can assist in navigating the unknown – addressing the unclear future, from exploring present fears to discovering the seeds of resiliency as each person connects with their own story and each other.

Three main theories that influence the tone, content, and outcomes of this workshop are Daniel Siegel’s “Whole Brain”, Virginia’s Satir’s use of Experiential Therapy, and Michael White and David Epston’s Narrative Therapy.

You will receive the Zoom access link about 1 week prior to the workshop date.
