This workshop draws inspiration from the somatic and expressive practices of Spoken Body and the Tamalpa Institute. Spoken Body emphasizes creative coaching via movement and voice to address emotional challenges like anxiety and stress, integrating theater, somatic exploration, and mind-body connection for authentic living. The Tamalpa Institute focuses on the Life/Art Process®, using dance, ritual, and embodied creativity for healing, trauma recovery, and personal transformation. By blending these approaches, this workshop creates a space for participants to explore the interplay of body, voice, and art, fostering emotional balance, self-discovery, and creative expression.
