Applications for the 2026 Cohort will be available Fall 2025
Before starting the online application, please review application requirements and have the following ready!
- Resume or CV
- Copy of your professional license and/or proof of graduate level student status
- Personal Essay: Please write a 3-4-page double-spaced personal essay that includes responses to the prompts:
- Clinical Path Essay Prompts (subject to change for next application cycle)
- Professional Letter of Recommendations:
- On the online application, you will need to provide the names and contact information for two people who can provide a letter of recommendation.
- NWCEAI must receive the two letters of recommendation by the application deadline. Letters should be from people who are familiar with your work. A work supervisor, colleague, mentor, or college professor would all be suitable.
- Letters need to be mailed in a signature sealed envelope or emailed to info@seattlearttherapy.org directly from your recommender.
- Download the Letter of Recommendation form here. (Subject to change for next application cycle)
