This 3-hour workshop is about you! It is a gift of self-care, and remembering. We all rush through life doing and experiencing so many opportunities and experiences. When was the last time you reflected on the story your hands hold? Since you were born your hands have been touching, holding and doing. Not all of the stories our hands have endured are beautiful, some of them are hard to remember and sit very close to our heart. Nonetheless, these are our stories. Individuals seek out clinicians, coaches, and facilitators regularly to delve into their stories and uncover deeper meanings in their lives and ways to honor their life experiences. This session aims to foster a greater appreciation of one’s life journey, thereby gaining insights into supporting others as they share their feelings of sadness, pain, loss, scars, and the complex beauty of their experiences.
