When the pandemic began, we started offering Art & Meditation as a way to bring our community together during a time of uncertainty and isolation.
We met online, through the video platforms that quickly became part of everyday life, to share a bit of calm, an open creative process, and the comfort of being together.
We offered it at no cost, in the spirit of community, creativity, and belonging, and with the belief that the arts can be a powerful source of resilience.
We’re delighted to relaunch Art & Meditation with the same spirit and hope that inspired it.
About the workshop:
Art & Meditation is a 60-minute workshop open to everyone, and no meditation or art experience is needed. Together, we’ll create a shared, meditative space for self-care. Each session opens with a brief guided meditation, continues with time to create in whatever medium you choose, and closes with a short reflective activity.
We are offering this at no cost, but you do need to register.
What to bring:
Bring your favorite art materials or whatever you have on hand.
