Astrology has long served as a symbolic language for understanding human experience, offering archetypes that mirror the complexities of identity, emotion, and self-expression. In this experiential workshop, participants will explore how astrology—when framed as metaphor rather than prediction—can enrich therapeutic practice. By focusing on the Big Three (Sun, Moon, and Rising signs), we will examine how these archetypes illuminate core vitality, emotional needs, and the ways individuals present themselves to the world.
Through the integration of expressive arts modalities—movement, visual art, sound, performance, and storytelling—therapists will learn to translate astrological archetypes into embodied practices that deepen client insight and resilience. This workshop emphasizes ethical, non-stigmatizing, and client-centered applications, ensuring astrology is used as a tool for exploration rather than prescription.
No prior astrology knowledge required!
