Art and Meditation

This is an opportunity to take an hour for your own self-care. Relax with art-making, journal-writing, and poetry.  A brief meditation that focuses on mindfulness begins each hour, followed by time for stepping into the creative process and closing with some reflective writing and a poem.

Suggested Art and Writing Materials:

      • Your own journal or other unlined paper
      • Drawing such as pencils, colored pencils, crayons, pens, pastels
      • Watercolors or other paints, if you have them
