Expressive Arts Therapy utilizes a multi-arts approach that focuses on the creative process and artmaking combining the visual arts, movement, drama, music, and writing to foster deep personal growth and community development. This workshop will focus on sandtray as primary with additional modalities that can enrich the experience. The Expressive Arts is a dynamic approach that can be used to enhance your existing your skills.
The tools presented in this workshop are designed so that even with limited resources and space a clinician can have a variety options.
No experience in the arts is necessary. All materials provided for in-studio workshops.
