Before starting the online application, please review all application requirements and have the following ready.

- Resume or CV
- Copy of your professional license and/or proof of graduate level student status
- Personal Essay: Please write a 3-4-page double-spaced personal essay that includes responses to the prompts:

- On the online application, you will need to provide the names and contact information for two people who can provide a letter of recommendation.
- NWCEAI must receive the two letters of recommendation via email by the application deadline. Letters should be from people who are familiar with your clinical work. A work supervisor, colleague, mentor, or college professor would all be suitable.
- Letters must be emailed to info@seattlearttherapy.org directly from the recommender.
