Ready to Apply? 

Before starting the online application, please review all application requirements and have the following ready.

  1. Resume or CV
  2. Copy of your professional license and/or proof of graduate level student status
  3. Personal Essay: Please write a 3-4-page double-spaced personal essay that includes responses to the prompts:
    > Clinical Pathway Essay Prompts
  4. Professional Letters of Recommendation (2)
    1. On the online application, you will need to provide the names and contact information for two people who can provide a letter of recommendation.
    2. NWCEAI must receive the two letters of recommendation via email by the application deadline. Letters should be from people who are familiar with your clinical work. A work supervisor, colleague, mentor, or college professor would all be suitable.
    3. Letters must be emailed to info@seattlearttherapy.org directly from the recommender.

Letters should be from people who are able to speak to professional work qualities (i.e. collaboration, leadership, professional strengths etc.) A work supervisor, colleague, or mentor would all be suitable.
    3. Letters must be emailed to info@seattlearttherapy.org directly from the recommender.

  4. OPTIONAL: If relevant, you can include a copy of your professional license and/or proof of graduate level student status, or any other credential you feel is relevant.
